Lisandro has 30-years experience in the Architectural Industry with the last 18 years in the New York market dealing with Commercial, Residential and Community Facility Buildings: both New Buildings and Major Alterations.  For the past 10 years, Lisandro has been, and continues to lead the Drafting team. Lisandro’s specialty is producing DOB Tenant Protection Plans, Places of Assembly Plans, FDNY Fire Safety Plans and DOT logistics based on his knowledge of NYC building and fire codes.  He interacts directly with our client base of owners, design professionals and contractors.  Lisandro interprets our clients’ needs and creates plan sets that obtain approved results from Agencies Having Jurisdiction.
