Greg Pawlowski is the Local Law 11 Specialist for GGAS. Greg is familiar with the requirements pursuant to the NYC DOB FISP program. He is directly involved in the entire process of the Local Law 11 Compliance: from initial inspections, overseeing alteration drawings, bid, negotiation and award with façade repair contractors, to project management, coordinating adjacent property protection and public sidewalks of a building under façade repair. Greg interacts with all involved including owners, other consultants, and contractors. This leads to a streamlined delivery process towards compliance with the ever-evolving requirements of Local Law 11 within the five boroughs.
